This agreement sets out the terms for using arcaneworld.net, the player cabinet and the game services of the Arcane World project. The project is administered by the company Arcane World, referred to below as the “Administration”. A user is a person who uses the project's website, player cabinet or game services.
1. The project and acceptance of the agreement
Arcane World is an independent gaming project for playing together and social interaction. The website provides news, server descriptions and file information, while the player cabinet provides tools for managing accounts and the available game features.
Users must read the agreement before registering and confirm their acceptance in the registration form. Users who do not agree to the terms should not register or use services that require an account.
The rules of the selected game server, the description of a particular offer and the terms displayed before an action is performed in the cabinet supplement this agreement where relevant. Users must read them before playing, making a contribution or using an offer.
Participation in the project is not a form of investment or a means of earning a guaranteed income. A contribution does not grant a share in the company, a right to manage the project or an entitlement to its profits.
2. Accounts and security
A master account is used to sign in to the player cabinet. Game accounts are used to access game servers and are managed through the cabinet. These are different accounts; their purposes and available operations are described in the interface.
Users must provide a valid email address, retain access to it and protect their passwords. Where the relevant settings are available, enabling a PIN and two-factor authentication is recommended.
Users may use several of their own accounts in the cabinet within the project's available features and limits. Only accounts to which the user has lawful access may be added. Linking accounts for switching does not combine their balances, items or game data and does not transfer rights to them to another user.
Switching accounts in a browser affects its other open tabs. Before adding funds, making a purchase or sending items, users must check the active account and the selected server.
Having several accounts does not override a particular server's limits on simultaneous game clients, automation, rewards or event participation. Additional accounts must not be used to circumvent bans, promotion limits or other published rules.
Passwords, PINs and verification codes must not be shared with others. If unauthorised access is suspected, users should change their password, terminate unfamiliar sessions through the cabinet settings and contact support. Users must sign out before leaving a public computer. If the account owner gives other players access to the account, the account owner bears full responsibility for the safekeeping of items on the account. In such cases, the administration does not compensate for or restore lost items.
3. Game servers and rules
The project's servers may differ in their settings, progression rates, game events, available items and participation terms. Current descriptions are published on the website and in the materials for the relevant server.
Cabinet balances, warehouses, characters and other game data may be maintained separately for each server. Access to several servers with the same login does not in itself mean that balances are shared or that items and characters are transferred automatically.
Server transfers and mergers, when carried out, follow separately published terms. The server selection feature in the cabinet does not itself perform a transfer.
Users must follow the server rules and the terms of each event. Contributions, VIP status and acquired items do not exempt users from these rules.
4. Voluntary contributions and coins
Users may voluntarily make a monetary contribution to support the project. The decision to contribute is the user's own; a contribution is not a prerequisite for registration and does not guarantee game achievements, victory or a particular ranking position.
For a confirmed contribution, the project automatically credits the selected balance with the number of coins displayed in the form before payment. Before confirming payment, users must check the amount and currency to be charged, the number of coins to be received, applicable bonuses, the active account and the selected server.
Crediting the previously stated number of coins forms part of the announced contribution terms. Any mandatory rights that users have under applicable law remain in force regardless of the name used for the payment on the website.
Coins are internal units used to account for the project's features. They can be used for the available operations in the cabinet and in the game, under the terms of the selected server. As of this version, the AC exchange and money withdrawals through it are not in use in the project; the coins described here do not provide a right to such withdrawals.
Payments are processed by the available payment services. Coins are credited after confirmation of successful payment is received. Pending confirmation, payment checks or technical errors may delay crediting; a bank debit alone does not mean that the project has already received confirmation.
Promo codes, additional bonuses and VIP features are provided under the terms displayed for the relevant offer. The terms of new offers may change; this does not cancel obligations arising from operations that have already been confirmed.
Users must be entitled to use the funds and payment instrument used for a contribution. If the transaction requires the consent of a legal representative, users must obtain that consent before paying.
5. Shop and item delivery
The cabinet shop allows users to spend their available balance on items, bundles and other listed features. The contents, cost, quantity and applicable restrictions of an offer must be checked before confirming the operation. The administration does not regulate transactions between players.
A shop purchase and the receipt of an item by a character are separate stages. Once the balance is successfully debited, the items are recorded in the cabinet warehouse; if delivery to a character is selected, the system then delivers them to the game.
If delivery is not completed, users should check the purchase in the warehouse and transaction history. Items that have not been delivered remain available in the warehouse; disputed or incomplete operations are checked through support. A technical delay does not mean that users must pay again for the same purchase.
Before sending items from the warehouse, users must check the character, game account, server and item quantity. Transfers of items between characters and servers are governed by the project's available features and rules.
Item properties, class settings and game balance may change as a server develops. If a change affects a feature already provided, its consequences are considered in light of the announced terms and the user's mandatory rights.
6. Refunds and payment errors
Under the project's rules, voluntary contributions are not refundable once the corresponding coins have been correctly credited. A decision to stop playing, a change in game preferences or an unused coin balance does not in itself provide grounds for a refund under the project's rules.
This condition does not prevent the review of an erroneous or duplicate charge, an unauthorised payment, coins that have not been credited or an item that has not been received. In such cases, users must contact support and provide the transaction details.
The Administration reviews the enquiry and takes action in accordance with its findings, the transaction terms, the payment service's rules and applicable law. This agreement does not exclude a refund or another remedy where required by law.
Contacting support does not prevent users from using a dispute procedure provided by law or by their payment service. Users must not knowingly provide false payment information or use a disputed transaction to obtain coins and items more than once.
7. Conduct and access restrictions
Account hacking, fraud, unauthorised use of other people's payment instruments, exploiting errors to gain an advantage, interference with the website or servers, distribution of malicious software and circumvention of technical restrictions are prohibited.
Threats, harassment, disclosure of other people's personal data without a lawful basis and other breaches of community rules are prohibited. Restrictions on automation and third-party software are set out in each server's rules.
In the event of a breach, the Administration may restrict particular features or access to an account in accordance with the project's rules. Access may also be temporarily restricted to protect an account, investigate a suspicious transaction or resolve a technical problem.
A contribution does not grant immunity from restrictions. However, a ban does not in itself cancel a user's mandatory rights concerning payments. Users may appeal a restriction and submit supporting information through support.
8. Personal data and content
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Questions about data and account access should be sent through the project's designated contact channels.
Users may publish only content that they have the rights or necessary permissions to post. The Administration may remove content that breaches the project's rules or the rights of others.
Rights to game materials, names and trademarks remain with their respective rights holders. This agreement does not transfer exclusive rights to them to users and does not declare Arcane World to be the owner of game materials belonging to others.
9. Availability and project changes
The website and servers require maintenance, updates and connections to external services. Interruptions, delays, bug fixes and changes to game settings may occur. The project does not promise uninterrupted, entirely fault-free operation.
Information about scheduled maintenance, significant changes, server launches, mergers or closures is published in the project's news and official announcements. The treatment of balances and game data during such events is communicated separately.
Liability for a failure to fulfil obligations is determined by the circumstances of the transaction and applicable law. Describing technical risks does not release the Administration from obligations that cannot be excluded by agreement.
10. Support and enquiries
For questions about accounts, credits, purchases and item delivery, users should contact support through the ticket system in the player cabinet. The email address admin@arcaneworld.net is also used for project enquiries.
An enquiry should include the account, selected server, date, amount and transaction identifier, a description of the problem and, where needed, proof of payment. Users must not send passwords, PINs, one-time codes or full bank card details.
Enquiries are first examined on their merits through support. This procedure does not limit a user's right to contact the competent authorities or use other remedies available under applicable law.
11. Changes to the agreement
The current version is published on this page. When the terms change, the date of the new version is stated; the Administration notifies users of significant changes through the website or player cabinet.
New terms apply to subsequent use of the services, subject to any notice and consent requirements under applicable law. Changes to the text do not cancel obligations that have already arisen or a user's mandatory rights.
If an individual provision is inapplicable or invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.
