Server Rules

These rules apply to Arcane World game servers and define acceptable gameplay, trading, communication and the handling of violations. They supplement the User Agreement. Server, event and game mode specifics are published in their respective descriptions.

1. General provisions

Players must read the rules before playing. Being unaware of them does not remove the obligation to follow the published conditions.

Server settings may differ. Limits on game clients, event participation and individual features depend on the selected server. A feature being available on one server does not mean it is available on others.

In-game rivalry, PvP, competition for resources and clan conflicts are permitted within the server’s mechanics and rules. Losing, losing an in-game position or having conflicting interests does not in itself establish a violation.

The administration may update these rules and publishes the current version on this page. Significant changes are announced on the website or through official project announcements. Changes do not override the user’s mandatory rights.

2. Accounts and access

Players may have multiple master accounts and game accounts of their own, within the cabinet’s features and the selected server’s restrictions. Having multiple accounts is not in itself a violation.

Accessing another person’s account without the owner’s permission, gaining access through deception, and guessing or stealing passwords or verification codes are prohibited. Users must protect their login details and keep them from third parties. If the account owner gives other players access to the account, the account owner bears full responsibility for the safekeeping of items on the account. In such cases, the administration does not compensate for or restore lost items.

Additional accounts must not be used to evade bans, client limits, promotion conditions, reward limits or other rules. Authorized account switching does not combine balances, items or game data.

3. Autofarm, macros and game clients

Built-in autofarm and native game macros available on the selected server are permitted. AFK farming using these features is not in itself a violation. They provide no protection against gameplay risks, including PvP, character death and loss of experience or items under the server’s mechanics.

Third-party bots, external scripts and automation programs, client substitution, modifications that provide an unauthorized advantage, and bypassing protection mechanisms are prohibited. This includes external tools that simulate player actions even if they do not modify client files.

The limit on simultaneously running game clients is published separately for each server. Bypassing it through additional devices, software or spoofed identifiers is prohibited.

Farm operations using large numbers of game clients across additional devices or software tools for mass farming and an advantage are prohibited. Permission to own multiple accounts does not authorize such a farm.

4. Bugs, hacking and fraud

Exploiting bugs in the game, website, shop, warehouse or payment features to obtain items, coins, rewards or other advantages is prohibited. Duplicating assets, bypassing deductions or repeating a transaction while knowing it is malfunctioning is not allowed.

If you discover a bug, report it to support, describe the circumstances and stop actions that allow you to benefit from it. Accidentally discovering a bug does not authorize further exploitation.

Stealing game assets, trade scams, switching items, passing off ordinary items as project coins, phishing, extortion and using another person’s payment methods without permission are prohibited.

Interfering with the website or servers, distributing malware or attempting unauthorized access to the project’s infrastructure is prohibited. Assets obtained through a violation may be removed following an investigation.

5. Trading and exchanges

Trading items for game currency and through authorized project tools is permitted, subject to the selected server’s conditions. Trade terms must match the items and amounts actually transferred. The administration does not regulate transactions between players.

Player-to-player purchases, sales or exchanges of game assets for real money, external payment instruments or other non-game assets are prohibited. Contributions through official project features and the associated coin credits are governed by separate documents and are not such player-to-player transactions.

Selling or exchanging accounts or characters is prohibited, whether for real money or game assets. Selling promotional codes issued by the project on its website or in official communities is prohibited.

Exchanging game assets with other projects and unauthorized cross-server trades are prohibited. Official transfer or exchange features, if available, may only be used under their published conditions.

Advertising prohibited trades or third-party game asset sellers in moderated channels is prohibited. Players must not pretend to be an official trade guarantor or claim nonexistent approval from the administration.

6. Moderated chats and communities

Shared game channels, including global, hero and trade chat, and public channels in the official Arcane World Discord and Telegram communities are moderated. White chat and the channels listed in the next section are excluded.

Gameplay trash talk and heated exchanges about PvP, in-game actions and clan rivalry, including profanity, are permitted in these channels. Profanity or a harsh assessment of an in-game situation is not in itself grounds for a penalty.

The following are prohibited:

  • Threats of violence or stalking in real life. Threats against a character during ordinary in-game conflict are not automatically treated as threats against a person.
  • Harassment of a person, organizing systematic targeting or encouraging others to join it. In-game rivalry does not justify such harassment.
  • Insults directed at a player’s family or relatives.
  • Racism, ethnic hatred and discriminatory statements.
  • Blackmail, extortion and disclosing other people’s personal data without a lawful basis.
  • Scam messages, malicious links, phishing and advertising sexual services or pornographic material.
  • Flooding and intrusive repeated messages that disrupt other participants, and advertising third-party projects or services without the administration’s approval.

The same communication boundaries apply in moderated game channels and public channels of the official Discord and Telegram communities. Report violations to support with the channel, server, participants and time of the incident.

7. Unmoderated chats

White chat, party, clan and alliance chats, and private messages are not moderated. The chat moderation described in the previous section does not apply to them. Arguments and complaints about message content in these channels are not handled through chat moderation.

Participants choose whom to communicate with and may use available blocking, ignore or leave-group tools. Excluding a channel from moderation does not make its correspondence technically confidential or guarantee that another participant will not save it.

The absence of chat moderation does not permit hacking, theft, fraud or prohibited trades. Such acts are handled as independent rule violations, rather than disputes over acceptable communication in an unmoderated chat.

8. Communication with support

Tickets and messages to support staff must follow a businesslike format. Profanity, insults, flooding and threats are prohibited. Permission for gameplay trash talk does not extend to these communications.

Reasoned criticism, bug reports, complaints about staff actions and appeals against penalties are permitted. Disagreeing with an administration decision is not in itself a violation.

Describe the issue clearly and provide the account, server, date and necessary details. Fabricating evidence, deliberately misleading staff, submitting many identical requests or presenting someone else’s material as your own is prohibited.

Do not send passwords, PINs, one-time codes or full bank card details. Disclosing another person’s personal data or login secrets is not allowed; providing necessary evidence to staff through support is not considered public disclosure.

9. Names and impersonating staff

Character names, clan names, abbreviations, titles and other public identifiers must not contain threats, insults to family members, racist statements or vulgar language, or impersonate project staff. Permission for trash talk in messages does not extend to permanent names and identifiers.

Impersonating an administrator, moderator, support employee or trusted project representative is prohibited. GM, Admin, Administrator, staff names and similar formatting must not be used to create a false impression of official status.

The administration does not authorize players to collect other people’s passwords or verification codes. Claiming such authority or falsely offering official mediation or trade guarantees is a violation.

10. Violations, penalties and appeals

The administration chooses measures case by case, considering severity, repetition, intent and harm caused. There is no universal table of fixed penalty durations.

Depending on the circumstances, measures may include a warning, restrictions on communication or individual features, or a temporary or permanent character or account ban. Where a violation is confirmed to involve multiple accounts, measures may extend to those accounts. A warning is not a mandatory step before every other measure.

Game and technical logs, transaction history and the reporting party’s material may be used to investigate. Editing evidence in a way that hides relevant context may hinder the investigation; retaining original material is recommended.

You may appeal through the ticket system in your cabinet. Provide the character or account, server, known reason for the restriction and grounds for review. Explain your disagreement substantively and in a businesslike manner.

Voluntary contributions, VIP status and purchased items do not exempt players from the rules or guarantee that a restriction will be lifted. The user’s mandatory payment-related rights remain protected under the agreement and applicable law.
