This policy describes coin credits for voluntary contributions supporting Arcane World, purchases in the cabinet shop, item delivery and the handling of payment errors. The project is administered by the company Arcane World, referred to below as the “Administration”. This policy supplements the User Agreement.
1. Operations covered by this policy
Users may voluntarily make a monetary contribution to support the project. After payment is confirmed, the project automatically credits the previously stated number of coins to the selected balance. These coins can be used for the available operations in the cabinet and in the game under the terms of the selected server.
Making a contribution, crediting coins, purchasing from the shop and a character receiving items are separate stages. Completing one stage does not mean that all subsequent operations have already been completed.
2. What to check before paying
Before confirming payment, users must check the active master account, selected server, amount and currency to be charged, number of coins to be received and applicable bonuses. When buying items, users must also check the offer's contents, quantity, cost and character if delivery to the game is offered.
Balances, warehouses and game data may be maintained separately for each server. Switching accounts or servers does not itself transfer balances or items. Any available transfer is governed by the relevant feature and the project's rules.
Payment service fees and the total amount should be checked before confirming payment. Users may pay only with funds and a payment instrument they are entitled to use.
3. Payment confirmation and coin credits
Coins are credited after the project receives confirmation of successful payment from the payment service. The quantity is determined by the terms shown before payment, including applicable bonuses.
A bank debit does not always mean that the project has already received confirmation. Payment checks, delayed notifications or technical failures may increase the time needed to credit coins; immediate completion of every operation is not guaranteed.
If money has been debited but coins have not appeared, users should check the selected account and server, review the payment history and contact support with the transaction details. Users should not pay again for the same transaction solely because crediting is delayed.
4. Shop, warehouse and delivery
Once the purchase amount is successfully debited from the balance, the items are recorded in the cabinet warehouse. If delivery to a character is selected, the system then delivers them to the game. A balance debit alone does not confirm that the character has received the item.
If delivery is not completed, users should check the purchase in the warehouse and transaction history. Undelivered items remain in the warehouse; incomplete or disputed operations are checked through support. Users do not need to buy the same item again to resolve a technical delay.
Before sending items from the warehouse, users must check the character, game account, server and item quantity. If the operation's status is unclear, users should contact support before sending again: it must first be established whether the item has already been delivered.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Under the project's rules, voluntary contributions are not refundable once the corresponding coins have been correctly credited. A decision to stop playing, a change in game preferences or an unused coin balance does not in itself provide grounds for a refund under the project's rules.
Users should not expect a completed credit, purchase or delivery to be automatically cancelled through the interface. Requests concerning erroneous operations are reviewed by support in light of their actual status.
These conditions do not prevent the review of an erroneous or duplicate charge, an unauthorised payment, coins that have not been credited or items that have not been received. A refund or another remedy is provided where required by applicable law. Neither the agreement nor this policy removes these user rights.
6. Errors and incomplete operations
In the event of an incorrect amount, a duplicate charge or missing coins or items, users should provide support with the date, amount, payment or purchase identifier, account, server and a description of the problem. Proof of payment and a screenshot showing the operation's status may be helpful.
The Administration checks payment service information, coin credits and delivery records to establish which parts of the operation have been completed. Based on the findings, measures are taken to correct the error and fulfil obligations in accordance with the transaction terms and applicable law.
Users are advised to report problems as soon as possible. This policy does not impose a 24-hour deadline after which enquiries are automatically rejected, and does not shorten time limits provided by law or by the payment service.
7. Unauthorised payments and disputes
If users discover a payment they did not make or authorise, they should promptly contact their bank or payment service and notify the project's support team.
Contacting support is not a condition that restricts a user's right to dispute a payment through their bank, payment service or another procedure provided by law. A payment dispute raised in good faith is not in itself a breach of the project's rules.
Access to particular features may be temporarily restricted to protect an account and investigate a suspicious transaction. Knowingly providing false payment information or using a dispute to obtain coins and items more than once is prohibited.
8. How to contact support
For questions about coin credits and delivery, users should contact support through the ticket system in the player cabinet. The email address admin@arcaneworld.net is also used for project enquiries.
Enquiries should include the information needed to locate and check the transaction. Users must not send passwords, PINs, one-time verification codes or full bank card details. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
